Area Manager (Sumatera)
What you'll be doing ?
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Watsons stores within your assigned area
Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience
Manage and coach a team of Store Managers to ensure they are leading their teams effectively and meeting their targets
Monitor store performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with the regional and national leadership teams to align on overall business objectives and initiatives
Identify and address any operational or staffing issues in a timely and effective manner
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
What we're looking for ?
Significant experience (8+ years) in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products or pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and operational targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera region
