Store Supervisor (Siantar)

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for day to day operational activities includes:
process and control
sales, inventory/ stock
customer services
Manage store team
Coaching and counseling

Requirements:
Maximum age 35 years old
Minimum education D1 degree
Must have minimum 2 years experience in retail store operations
Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
Have analytical thinking possess
Proficient in English, spoken and written
Computer Literate
Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure
Willing to be relocated to other stores within the same city
Willing to be placed at Siantar, Sumatera Utara
Willing to work in shift schedule include weekend and public holiday
