PT Citilink Indonesia merupakan maskapai penerbangan berbiaya murah dan anak perusahaan Garuda Indonesia.

Perusahaan ini berdiri tahun 2001 sebagai Unit Bisnis Strategis (SBU) dan difungsikan sebagai salah satu alternatif penerbangan bertarif rendah di Indonesia.

Sejak tanggal 30 Juli 2012 Citilink secara resmi beroperasi sebagai entitas bisnis yang terpisah dari Garuda Indonesia setelah mendapatkan Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Citilink beroperasi dengan 17 pesawat dengan logo, tanda panggil dan seragam baru. Bandara penghubung utama maskapai ini adalah Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda di Surabaya.

Pada Juli 2012, Citilink melayani 9 tujuan domestik yang menghubungkan Jakarta ke Surabaya, Denpasar, Medan, Banjarbaru, Balikpapan dan Batam. Maskapai ini juga mengoperasikan penerbangan dari Surabaya ke Balikpapan, Banjarbaru, Bandung, Denpasar dan Makassar, dan juga mengoperasikan penerbangan dari Medan ke Batam.

Pada tanggal 15 September 2012, Citilink resmi membuka rute baru ke Lombok (Bandara Internasional Lombok) dengan rute Surabaya - Lombok.

Terhitung mulai tanggal 10 Januari 2014, Citilink melayani rute Malang, Palembang, Semarang, dan Yogyakarta melalui Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma. Baru-baru ini juga, Citilink membuka rute Kertajati-Surabaya.
