1. Management Trainee Administration Department Head (ADH)

Qualifications:
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum bachelor degree Economy, Accounting, Management or Industrial Engineering.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Job Requirements:
Responsible for day-to-day financial administration operations.
Building relationships with government, banks, leasing companies.
Monitor accounting and management processes

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
Providing solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
Assist the administrative needs of Customers.

Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
Maintaining the company’s reputation by always providing the latest information about products.
Maintaining good relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
Fresh Grad or maximum 5 years exp. in the field of Mechanics Engineering Consultant or related field.
Minimum Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering specifically Electric Vehicle.
GPA minimum 3.00.
Deep understanding and experienced on Electric Vehicle.
Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
Able to using Mandarin language for business proposed is a plus.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities.
Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
Wiling to traveled all around Indonesia.

Job Requirements:
Develop plans for business and development strategy.
Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
Educate, lead and supervise members of the business dev team to ensure the project’s achievements.
Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors.
Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle business deals operations and activities.
Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
