Staff Accounting

Qualifications & experiences:
Female, max. 25 tahun
Minimum education is D3 / S1 / Fresh Graduate
Able to speak English (Hokkien is a plus)
Understand the basic of accounting (journaling and financial reports)
Proficient in using computers and Ms. Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
Honest, thorough, disciplined, responsible and able to work both individually and in a team
Initiative, responsible, diligent, & quickwitted

Tasks & responsibilities:
Organising the company's documents and files neatly
Manually recording financial transactions
Preparing and sending invoices to customer
Manage customer databases with accurate contact information
Managing accounts receivable
Assisting with tax preparation and filing
