HR Manager (Site)

One of our Subsidiaries in Hydropowerplant industry is looking for HR Manager with details as follow:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Being the PIC for HR related to HR Team in Jakarta Head office
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process for Site area
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Nurture a positive working environment
Maintain Payroll and Compensation Benefit for Site employees and coordinating with Payroll and Comben Part Leader in Jakarta Head Office
Other related tasks to HR in Site area

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Holds minimum Bachelor's degree in any Major
Experienced at least for 8 years as HR Generalist
Experienced using HRIS (Sunfish) and SAP
Result and Target oriented
Having positive attitude towards tasks and deadline
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a MUST
Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatera area
