Pro-actively sell part and service include refurbishment of all product line, including the service contracts and repair of all types and makes of equipment. 
This position will communicate effectively with customers and responsible to deliver the service commitment. 
Provide the service reports and guide the Customer Service Executive to establish competitive and timely offers to customers.
This position is in charge of a service section and responsible to the all-round performance of the staff in the section. Also, to provide technical expertise to all the products under their responsibility and assist the Service Staff in troubleshooting of complex faults. 
Apart from conducting periodic service training, this position responsible to review and make quality checks on all service works performed by the Service Staff. 
Provide recommendation on customer warranty claims to the Service Manager for approval.
Lead and manage the group of technician effectively (if grouping is available)
Achieve sales budget by selling the parts, service and refurbishment of all product line, including to sell sales of service contracts. Also, increase coverage area by effective visits to customers and make report to Superior
Organize and conduct the customer training according to the yearly schedule
Follow up Outstanding quotation and service job and make sure there is no pending unclear job (WIP max 90 days). Manage & responsible in collection of the Account Receivable of all customers under his department
Handle the customer complaint promptly and address them effectively
Increase service contract in term of number of customer and unit, and to offer service contracts to customers
Monitor and follow up of all of outstanding supply delivery, service jobs and service workshop activity
Create and maintain good relationship with customer by regular visit
Monitor and checking clarification all of operation office expenses 

Minimum D3 in Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) with a specialization in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent 
2-5+ years relevant experience in line of business
SAP Knowledge - Customer Service (CS) Module and C4C Module
Computer literacy
Have good product knowledge and have experience and familiarity of our products and line of business
Self-motivated with a proven track record in SAP and knowledge of technical product base 
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Willing to travel throughout sales territory
