1. Commercial Project Channel Management Analyst

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management with Min. GPA > 3.5.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
Proven experience in handling Technical Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support in related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, costumer oriented, and eager-to-learn individuals.

2. Area Sales Manager (Retail)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Retail by coverage area.
Preferably proven experienced in handling sales for Material Building (Pipe, Ceramic, or Board).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.

3. Area Sales Manager (Project)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Specifier.
Proven experience in handling sales for Government or Private Sectors (e.g., PDAM, PUPR, BUMN, or Mining, Agriculture, etc.).
Able to maintain relation with Contractors, Consultants, and Project Owners.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

4. HR Associate

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR in manufacture or related fields.
Strong experience in handling end-to end recruitment & HR Operations.
Strong communication, analytical-thinking, detail-oriented, and well-organized individuals.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to fulfill targets.

5. Drafter

Requirements:
Min. SMK/SMA in related major.
Proven experienced in handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design.
Able to operate AutoCAD & Revit smoothly.
Strong communication, detail-oriented, and well-organized individuals.
Self-motivated with a strong drive and eager-to-learn individuals are very welcome.
