Assistant Manager ( Mandarin Speaking)

Requirements:
Education Bachelor’s degree(S1) in any major
Have Experience min 3 years as assistant manager (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
Have a good communication skills
Honest, disciplined and responsible
Able to work both in a team and individually
Must Having a Driving License (SIM A) active
Placement in Sumatera 

Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating the activities of various teams or departements within the organization, has good communication and collaboration
Support in organizing training sessions for staff members, facilitating professional development opportunities and monitoring employee performance 
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to the manager, providing insights that support decision making
Collaborate with the manager to identify challenges or obstacles and develop effective solutions to address them. 
Provide administrative assistance to manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and organizing documents. 
Facilliate communication between different departments, teams, or stakeholder, ensuring information flow is smooth and effective
