1. Accountant Officer
Responsibilities :

Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.

Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

Supporting any financial processes required.

Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.

Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to compile financial reports.

Able to work individually or team work.

Worked well under preassure.

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Fluency in Indonesian and English are required.

Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.

Analytical Thinking Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.

2. MT General
Responsibilities :

Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.

Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.

Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.

Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.

Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.00 (preferred).

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.

Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

3. MT Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)
Responsibilities :

Perform accurate and timely journal entries

Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices

Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records

Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost

Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation

Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance

Fresh Graduate with the skills needed are welcome to apply

Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)

Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools

Experience in inventory usage reconciliation and cost calculation

Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

4. MT Legal

Responsibilities :
Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.

Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.

Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter

Any other assignment needed by the Company.

Requirements :
Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university

Minimum 1-year work experience

Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts

Able to handle company documents and permits

Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal

Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information

Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Job Requirement :
A minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK) is required.

Have a creative and detailed mind to content planning and writing skills, and social media handling and analytical skills
