AVP-Head of Product Acquisition (Circle Sumatra)

Job Descriptions:
There are 2 vacant positions, for Brand Tri & Brand IM3 in Circle Sumatra.
Develop and implement product strategies aimed at acquiring new customers for Brand IM3 in Circle Marketing Sumatra.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and launch effective acquisition campaigns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition campaigns across all channels.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify target customer segments and their needs.
Continuously monitor and adjust acquisition strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Leveraging data analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Contribute to the overall net add subscriber and ARPU targets through effective acquisition.
Designing innovative acquisition campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Engaging with external partners and vendors to explore new acquisition channels and opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in product management with a focus on customer acquisition.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on acquisition strategies.
Experience in telecommunications or related industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in market research and data analytical tools and process (Ms. Excel, SQL, etc).
