Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (disingkat: SKK Migas) adalah institusi yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 9 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi.
SKK Migas bertugas melaksanakan pengelolaan kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi berdasarkan Kontrak Kerja Sama. Pembentukan lembaga ini dimaksudkan supaya pengambilan sumber daya alam minyak dan gas bumi milik negara dapat memberikan manfaat dan penerimaan yang maksimal bagi negara untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat.

1. Officer Internal Control - HCML
To perform internal control activities by conduct and provide analysis on internal process, system and policies and make recommendations to ensure the risk to the business is minimized as per established standard and guidelines, in order to ensure optimum compliance in Company.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
Possess at least 4 years of experience in Internal Control or Audit, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
Familiarity with ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, Government regulations, and SKK Migas regulation is preferred.
Having knowledge in MS Office and SAP are a must.
2. Petronas Carigali PC Ketapang II Ltd - ICT Manager
Responsible to lead and manage the formulation and implementation of business information and telecommunication technology (ICT) services through a comprehensive execution of ICT plan, operations, maintenance and upgrading in order to achieve maximum return to stakeholders and business.
Strategy & Plan:
Lead and manage the formulation of integrated strategies for ICT plan, operation, maintenance and upgrading related activities at Indonesia operations through development and implementation of ICT annual work program & budget, effective monitoring and optimization in line with corporate business philosophy to ensure long term reliability and technical integrity of all ICT asset to support country business objectives and host government expectations.
Technology Advancement & Investment:
Lead and manage the review of ICT project investment proposals from other departments through effective assessment of value/benefit analysis, drive the ICT procurement and contract management to ensure maximum utilization to support Country business objectives.
ICT Asset Reliability & Inventory Optimization:
Lead and drive the development and implementation of maintenance and anticipation of critical spares and materials of the hardware, software, telecommunication and service provision through effective scheduling, benchmarking, best practices, to achieve targeted reliability of ICT asset as part of operational excellence to support Country business objectives.
ICT Governance & Policy:
Lead and manage ICT Management system through development, implementation and improvement of policies, procedures, standard and guidelines to comply with Government regulation PETRONAS policies, and industry standard.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in ICT technology/engineering discipline.
12-15 years of engineering experience in oil and gas, with sound multi-discipline ICT application and system (Production facilities / process / structure mechanical, electrical & instrument) technical.

3. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Senior Engineer Mooring Systems (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:
Monitor and review mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;
In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;
Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;
In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
A minimum of 10 years of working experience. FPSO and/ or FLNG project exposure is preferred.
4. INPEX Masela.Ltd. – Civil / Structural / Painting / Insulation Superintendent (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:
Control FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & insulation engineering project plan, strategy and target and approved FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering design in the FEED project phase; provide recommendations of FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering (coverage FPSO topside electrical/ machinery/mechanical engineering) strategic plan, detailed design and detailed project plan and target according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPCI) project phase as guideline; develop and propose FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering project schedule to other Groups and Departments; in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO Civil, Structure,
Painting & Insulation engineering project plan;
Control engineering excellence on the Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering aspects of FPSO production system consisting of its philosophy, principles, strategy, plan and standards as well as the integration among process as guidelines;
Lead the team in evaluate Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the FEED phase, its impact to the integration of the overall production system process and performance; provide technical justification and recommendation related to those aspects based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;
Control and monitor Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering assurance implementation to overall production system in the FEED phase according to determined national and international standards;

5. INPEX Masela Ltd. - Senior Engineer Electrical (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:
Provide technical electrical detailed engineering service to the project, detailed design calculation using software. Ability to cross check the result using hand calculation;
Prepare electrical technical specifications and schedules and ensure service and project work carried out within agreed deadlines within the budget;
Represent the company attending the meeting to provide technical advice, supervise and coordinate the contractors, other professional and suppliers. Prepare and contribute to design development reports;
Represent the company best interest to ensure continually comply with that practices, policies, strategies and services. Keeping with current legislation, Standards and Codes of Practice;
Provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Electrical Engineering preparation, and to obtain information of manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO electrical engineering;
Monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for electrical equipment.
In coordination with other Group, Provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select electrical equipment, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches in FEED phase including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block;

Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Rotating Equipment engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor;
Monitor and review FPSO Rotating Equipment procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
Monitor and evaluate FPSO Rotating Equipment engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Rotating Equipment meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;

8. INPEX Masela Ltd. - Senior Engineer Hull / Marine
Job Descriptions:
Prepare recommendation of FPSO Hull/ Marine System Engineering plan; coordinate project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments, to ensure integrity of FPSO Hull/ Marine system including interface;
Prepare update FPSO Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule for Hull/ Marine Engineering as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate Hull/ Marine Engineering CAPEX and project schedule submission;
Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in the EPCI tenders related to FPSO Hull/ Marine Engineering, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; prepare report of FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Hull/ Marine interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;

9. INPEX Masela Ltd. - Senior Engineer Integration (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:
Monitor management of integration best practices in oil and gas project development around the world, and develop and propose engineering integration consisting of methodologies, policy and procedures, standards, etc., for overall project activities as integration guidelines; to ensure available standards and/or adopted standards for engineering integration of FPSO production system as guidelines;
Administer integration, act as person in charge (PIC) for change issues, and ensure project changes are identified, documented, reported, and monitored to closure;
Review, monitor and evaluate the implementation of integration methodology, policy and procedures, standards, etc. on arisen change in project activities, and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact;
Develop and/or implement early identification and tracking system and tools of all potential changes, develop and maintain change registers and issue reports as well as log and track all changes and their status including closed items.
Requirements:

10. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Mechanical Superintendent (Static & Piping) (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:

11. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Senior Topside Construction Engineer (FPSO)
Job Descriptions:
Monitor and review floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) project plan, strategy and target and approved FPSO Topside Construction engineering design in the Construction and Installation project phase; provide recommendations of FPSO Topside Construction strategic plan, target, and standards according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of Construction and Installation project phase as guideline; develop and propose FPSO Topside Construction project schedule to other Groups and Departments; in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO Topside Construction project plan;
Define FPSO Topside Construction processes/methods/systems and participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) related to FPSO Topside Construction process equipment both trouble shooting and equipment/system performance improvement;
Evaluate and review risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit if required to gather information that support detailed FPSO Topside Construction and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times for input into Construction & Installation project phases related to FPSO Topside Construction;
Monitor, review and evaluate Contractors’ works related to FPSO Topside Construction execution plan including FPSO interface and integration with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of Construction and Installation project phase; provide solution on any issues and arisen problems; set up communication of FPSO Topside Construction status with SURF, HSSE, CSU, TEI, and other FPSO Groups; in order to ensure FPSO Topside Construction meet national and international standards, and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall FPSO Topside Construction;
Review, monitor and evaluate FPSO Topside Construction risks on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of Construction and Installation phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures, related justification and determination of change approval; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Topside Construction comply with Company policy and procedures, and meet HSSE requirements and standards, and engineering principles.

12. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Manager Environment (HSSE)
Job Descriptions:
Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and Environmental management best practices and technology to ensure availability of Environmental policy, strategy, and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia expectations and covers all levels of operational practices.
Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving Environmental services for INPEX Indonesia operating units, Environmental Management System socialization and communication programs including all related HSSE activities to fulfill the requirement of AMDAL, IFC, Environmental standards and regulations in Indonesia and global world and to ensure Environmental communication programs achieve the target in enhancing HSSE awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties.
Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising, and improving Environmental Management System training programs to improve the HSSE Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.
Manage the Environmental assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment, AMDAL and IFC requirement; Lead and manage Environmental audit process by developing and maintaining Environmental audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan to comply with Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia Environmental requirements and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units.
Develop, manage, maintain and review Environmental incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure Environmental incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain, and monitor Environmental key performance indicators, Coordinate Environmental reporting and management review regularly to comply with AMDAL, IFC, INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, HSSE, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 5 years.
13. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Senior Engineer Umbilical Riser and Flowline (SURF)
Job Descriptions:
Provide technical contributions and assurance to FEED deliverables in the area of Flowline Systems, Riser Systems, Umbilical and Subsea Distribution Systems. Provide expertise relate to hydraulic analysis, subsea material selection, manufacturing and fabrication, offshore installation, pre commissioning and commissioning of associated flowline, riser and umbilical systems during EPCI. Responsible for advancing certain URF related In-house deliverables from previous project work;
Provide contribution to SURF FEED ITT tender documents, and manage project value drivers during decision making, working within the scope and cost promises established at contract award. Provide Hazard Management contributions to the URF portion of the project integrating with contractor and In-house HSSE resources;

Responsible for contribution to the local content capability and gap closure plans for local pipe mill suppliers. Under SCM Team coordination, integrate between materials, welding and gas export pipeline resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Having minimum 5 years of Subsea project experience. EPCI subsea project experience is preferable.
14. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Senior Subsea Production System Engineer (SURF)
Job Descriptions:
Influence team members and contractors to deliver FEED successfully. Responsible for contribution and assurance of the Subsea Production System scope in key project deliverables;
Provide technical expertise which include contributions and assurance of the SURF FEED deliverables relating to Subsea Production System facilities. Define the subsea choke design and supplier selection pool to accommodate life of filed service for the Abadi high rate, high thermal cycle operations. Responsible for advancing certain SURF Inhouse deliverables from previous project work;
Manage project value drivers during decision making and managing threats and risks within the scope and cost promises established at FEED contract award. Provide contribution on hazard management to the SPS portion of the project integrating with contractor and HSSE & Sustainability Team;
Contribute and assure on subsea facility design decisions balancing tradeoffs between manufacturing, fabrication, integration, and installation. Collaborate with EPCI suppliers to optimize the total installed EPCI cost.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Marine Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Subsea project experiences are required.
15. INPEX Masela Ltd. – Senior Engineer System Engineering (SURF)
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;
Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;
Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering. Experience in Subsea Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production is preferable.
