Outlet Manager (Medan)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Live & Build the ZAP Culture, that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional experience to client, internal and external.
Build and grow high performing teams – acquire, develop, engage & retain extraordinary talent. Set clear performance expectations and create culture of empowerment and accountability to achieve result
Cascade and coach Sales and Hospitality training to the team, ensuring a consistent knowledge of ZAP product and procedure. Deliver and coach real life training in day to day operation
Build capability – analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plan that optimize result and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
Deliver business results through Key Performance Indicator and take fast, focused action to grow productivity and performance
Maximize team member scheduling to improve constantly employee productivity. Monitoring carefully the payroll cost for the outlet
Direct a consistent focus on client loyalty and creating emotionally engaging client experience, spend the major part of their time in outlet with the team member and client, they coach and mentor teams by reinforcing superior Selling Skills and they bring the brand to life everyday
REQUIREMENTS:
Age maximum 38 years old
Minimum Bachelor or Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent
Strong background experience as hotelier in 4* Hotel or Aesthetic/Beauty Clinic with minimum 2 years in managerial position.
Proven track record as a leader
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Willing to be trained in Jakarta
