Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor – Placement in Medan

Location: Medan, North Sumatra

K3Mart is a rapidly growing Retail Food & Beverage company with 40 stores across Indonesia, with strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports.
Ensure all accounting and tax processes comply with applicable regulations.
Supervise tax reporting and compliance (VAT, Income Tax, Annual Tax Return, etc.).
Perform reconciliations for financial reports and inter-branch transactions.
Oversee and coordinate the Asset & Inventory Control and Loss Prevention team.
Develop and implement internal control systems to minimize losses or fraud at store level.
Conduct business trips to stores for audits and operational financial supervision.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail and/or F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
Honest, with excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Willing to be based in Medan and travel regularly to other cities as needed.
